When I think about motivation, I think about what motivates me and when I hear what motivates other people, I recognize the differences.

Another realization is the fact that our motivations are different, they are the same, in the fact that we are motivated, and productive thoughts inspire positive production of something meaningful.

I also think because of that formula, it will inspire other people the same way when experiencing anything created by a positive formula with an end result of another person outside of the existing organizers.
